Powers:

• He is of the the Green element allowing him to create, manipulate, and absorb plantlife. This also gives him enhanced knowledge about plantlife and poisons.

• As Capita is of the constellation Hydra, his ability is “Second Head.” Capita can utilize limited psionic energy to form a metaphysical head that can assist Capita as if it was an A.I.

Weapons/Tech:

• Capita wears a special backpack that grants him extra “heads” with varying functions including:

• Hand Form: Able to grab, lift, and operate

• Drill Form: Able to break through hard surfaces

• Cutter Form: Able to do precise cuts

• Scan Form: Able to scan for injuries

• He wears a Kanohi Kiril, Mask of Regeneration (inorganic) to repair damage to his own exosuit.

Appearance: Capita is a well built figure with armor of dark blues, blues, and celadon green. His special mechanical backpack is primarily silver and black with red markings. His Kiril is dark blue with celadon green. He has orange eyes.
Biography: Capita was born a genius and wanted to use his intelligence to benefit others. Eventually, he ended up in robotics and, like Cygnal, worked with developing external mechanical wearables. He came up with idea that involved having many limbs that could help people save lives. This developed into the Rescue Pack, a light multi limbed backpack that could be taken into a danger zone to deal with various problems at the same time.
Personality: Capita has a good head on his shoulder as he is intelligent and organized. He gets along well with his colleagues though sometimes he may let his pride get to his head. But sometimes he may be a bit of an airhead when socializing as he hasn’t done much outside of studying. But despite that, he makes efforts to be amicable, sociable, and humble.
